Dental Survey Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: Pet Snacks Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 651 217 211), 53A Lavinia Street, Athol Park SA 5012, trading as Pet Snacks ("we", "us").
  2. Who can enter: Australian residents aged 18 or over. Our employees and their immediate families can't enter.
  3. Entry period: Opens Monday 5 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 8 October 2026. Late entries won't be accepted.
  4. How to enter: Complete the Pet Snacks dental survey and give a valid email address. You don't need to buy anything to enter. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
  5. Your answers don't affect your chances: Every completed survey has the same chance of winning, whatever you said about our products.
  6. Prizes: Five (5) Pet Snacks digital gift cards, each worth $200. Total prize value: $1,000. Gift cards can be used on any product at petsnacks.com and are subject to our standard gift card terms. Prizes can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
  7. Draw: Winners will be drawn at random on Friday 9 October 2026 at 53A Lavinia Street, Athol Park SA 5012.
  8. Winner notification: Winners will be contacted at the email address they gave within 2 business days of the draw, and their gift card will be sent to that address. If a winner doesn't reply within 7 days, we'll draw a replacement.
  9. Your information: We'll use your details to run this promotion and as described in our Privacy Policy. We'll only quote your answers in marketing if you said yes to that in the survey.
  10. $10 discount code: Every completed survey gets the code SURVEY10 ($10 off, one use per customer, valid until 31 October 2026), whether or not you win the draw.
